Your lawyer could counter sue him under his own lawsuit for lible. Writing that your lawyer is incompetant is lible. I can continue this if you want. We could have a completel discussion if you want as well
@HappyCabbie If you had a good lawyer. He could argue Harassment. he could argue blackmail. The section of How does it help you to be a start up blah blah with legal bills over your head. Essentially telling you to stop, get sued, be discredited blah blah.
A decent lawyer can fight many different things from that letter. The fact that after he connected his laywer about this claim…his laywer should have been the one to contact you instead of him.
