www.lbnnews.com Former Toyota counsel Dimitrios Biller joins Scott Drake on Speaking of Justice to discuss his explosive revelations on the alleged cover up of sudden acceleration issues on a wide range of Toyota vehicles. This is a no holds barred interview with the lawyer that worked for over 4 years inside Toyota and was, according to his own words in the interview, paid “hush money” to keep quiet about what he saw. This is an exclusive, original content interview with one of the most compelling whistleblowers of the decade and will be of interest to lawyers, journalists and others looking for more inside information on the Toyota lawsuits and allegations.

My friend has a 2003 toyota camry 6 cylinder that routinely accelerates. This is not a floor mat problem. This is a computer problem. This car will routinely accelerate from stop lights as if it does not like low speeds, and hard upshifts during the acceleration. I know this car is computer controlled acceleration and transmission. Drive-by-wire cars are dangerous. What was wrong with cable systems? Also… Electronic timing is one thing, Computer control is another.

Mr Biller have done anything to alert the Attorouney general (consumer affairs and small business) as to a very serious vehicle defect of sudden accelaration ?,Thanks LB I see now for the first time is caused by floor carpet interferrance.

Not a Toyota enginerring fault rather an item missed by Toyotas quality control inspectors, WARNING: do not use after market non genuine flimsy carpets they loose their starch and then roll under the execlerator and brakes, use solid rubber floor mats

As one of the outside counsel who worked with Mr. Biller to Toyota case, I can tell you he is a calculating, paranoid, egomaniac who most attorneys feared & disliked. His claims regarding Toyota are exaggerated and untrue.
